Hello! Welcome to the web site of Okisko Saint Bernards. We breed and show top quality Saint Bernards from our kennel in eastern North Carolina. The purpose of the web site is to share photos of Saint Bernards we have owned and bred over the years. You will find photos of our dogs, as well as our bitches and puppies. We have included some fun photos too.
History
Our first Saint Bernard, Brutus, joined our family in 1982 when our son, Carl, saved his money and purchased a Saint from a nearby backyard breeder. A few years later when Carl moved away from home he couldn't have a dog at his new place so Brutus stayed with us. When Brutus died at the age of 10 we decided we just wouldn't be happy without a Saint Bernard as part of the family. After searching across the United States for well bred dog from a dedicated breeder we soon added Sebastian's Christmas Eve (Greta) and Cache Retreat's Ceasar to our home. But we didn't stop there! Within two years we had a total of 9 Saints! Janet began showing Saints in AKC conformation events soon thereafter. We have been members of the Saint Bernard Club of America since 1993.
